Inspired by Viktor & Rolf

Viktor and Rolf was founded in 1993 by Viktor Horsing (1969) and Rolf Shoren (1969). They met whilst studying fashion design at the Ahmen Academy of Art and Design in the Netherlands. After graduating they both moved in Paris where they began their fashion career together. Their first collection, 'hyere', won three prestigious prizes and in 1998 they showed their first couture range.

I love this 2013 Spring collection from Viktor & Rolf. It's been influenced be Neoclassicism and the Regency period. Again, like the Chanel collection, I am inspired by the draping and the free flowing material. I also like the layering of material of different weights and am going to try some different designs out which include different fabrics such as chiffons and heavier cottons.
